MceC affinity purification and interactome analysis

ABSTRACT: Anti-FLAG affinty purification of mitochondria isolated from tetracycline inducible HEK293 cells expressing MceC-3XFLAG or control (EV) cells. Equal amounts of mitochondrial protein were solubilised and anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation performed.
