An oleaginous yeast <i>Rhodosporidium toruloides</i> is a promising host for converting lignocellulosic biomass to bioproducts and biofuels. In this work, we performed multi-omics analysis of lignocellulosic carbon utilization in <i>R. toruloides</i> and reconstructed the genome-scale metabolic network of <i>R. toruloides</i>.
