ABSTRACT: To identify proteins that interact with lncRNA Gas5 in hippocampal neurons, we performed a Gas5 pulldown experiment from mouse primary hippocampal cultures and performed LC-MS/MS.

Changes in the transcriptome are critical in shaping the structural plasticity of neurons, which underpins learning and long-term memory storage.
