Indaziflam Pull-downs from A. thaliana and O. sativa
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Indaziflam is a potent pre-emergent herbicide that appears to inhibit cellulose biosynthesis. However, it's site of action is unknown. To identify candidate interacting proteins of indaziflam, we covalently linked indaziflam to NHS-ester agarose beads using it's priamry amine group. Pull-down assays using these beads were performed with Arabidopsis thaliana, and Oryza sativa root lysates. Negative control beads lacking covalently linked indaziflam, and quenched with triethyl ammonium, were also included.
