Hsp40 Affinity Profiling Identifies the Unique Cellular Protein Destabilization Profile Induced by Exposure to Chloroacetamide Herbicides

ABSTRACT: We applied TMT-AP-MS to determine changes in Flag-DNAJB8-H31Q interactors in HEK293T cells upon treatment with acetochlor, alachlor, and propachlor. We also looked into aggregation in HEK293T cells after propachlor treatment.
