Quantitative proteomic analysis of oxaliplatin induced peripheral neurotoxicity


ABSTRACT: We performed a data independent acquisition (DIA) -based quantitative proteomics strategy to investigate the global proteome alteration in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) tissues from mice injected with oxaliplatin for different periods.
