HPLC-MS datasets of LINP1 RNA pulldown samples in A431 cells


ABSTRACT: We performed LINP1 RNA pulldown followed by HPLC-MS analysis to identify LINP1-interacting proteins in A431 cells. With high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS), the binding protein of LINP1 from RNA pull down was detected by removing non-specific protein which were binding with EGFP.

<h4>Background</h4>Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ER stress) may destroy endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis (ER homeostasis) and leads to programmable cell death.
