ABSTRACT: This project aims to investigate the immuno-physiology of the Chagas disease vector Rhodnius prolixus, by analysing the effect of blood ingestion and Trypanosoma cruzi colonisation of its digestive tract on the modulation of protein expression in the hemolymph.
