ABSTRACT: Quantitative proteomic profiling of TPCA-1-treated bone marrow-derived macrophages stimulated with TNF-α (50 ng/mL) for 24 h. TNF-α was used as an endogenous pro-inflammatory stimulus and inducer of sterile inflammation.
