In-depth proteome analysis of peritoneal tissues in mouse peritoneal dialysis model

ABSTRACT: Peritoneal fibrosis is the main cause of dialysis modality change to hemodialysis in peritoneal dialysis patients. We conducted an in-depth proteomics for peritoneal tissue with and without cyclo Histidine-Proline (Cyclo His-Pro, CHP) administration to determine protective effect of CHP on peritoneal fibrosis.
