Alginate metabolic pathways of the strain C42 associated with Sargassum


ABSTRACT: Based on the genome sequencing and gene annotation, we analyzed the alginate lyases and other genes related to alginate metabolism of strain Vibrio sp. C42, with the highest alginate-degrading activity. Combined with proteome measurement, we proposed its alginate metabolic pathways.
