Benchmarking plexDIA analysis with SILAC-labelled Hela cell samples

ABSTRACT: SILAC labelled Hela cell lysates were mixed in defined ratios and analysed using both DDA and DIA methods, to serve as a benchmark for the novel plexDIA features of DIA-NN.
