ABSTRACT: Chemical cross-linking coupled to mass spectrometry was used to study the architecture of the co-complex between TRiC/CCT, PFD and PhLP2A. The complex was cross-linked with the homobifunctional, noncleavable reagent, disuccinimidyl suberate (DSS).
