Phosphoproteome of SHVV-infection CCO cell

Phosphoprotein (P), co-factor of the polymerase (large protein, L) of single-stranded negative-sense RNA viruses, is phosphorylated during viral infection and its phosphorylation has been reported to play important roles in viral replication.
