Proteome changes in HeLa with stable shRNA-based knockdown of ME1, MCT4, PDH1a
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This report provides data on proteomic changes in HeLa cell line induced by knockdown of different genes involved into central metabolism: pyruvate dehydrogenase 1 subunit A (PDH1a), NADP-dependent malic enzyme (ME1), pyruvate carboxylase (PC) and monocarboxylate transporter 4 (MCT4). HeLa Kyoto cell lines with stable expression of shRNA and fluorescent reporter (EGFP) were produced by lentiviral transduction followed by cell sorting. HeLa Kyoto cell line with stable expression of scrambled shRNA was used as control. The data was initially collected to be sure that our knockdown was successful and was related to the large study of chemogenetic generator of mitochondrial pyruvate called Grubraw. However, the data can also be used in a different way.
