Human mesenchymal stromal cell TLR3 ligand-treated LC-MS/MS

ABSTRACT: Human mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) were treated with TLR3 ligand. LS-MS/MS analysis was performed to reveal changes in proteins related to the immunosuppressive properties of MSCs and to better understand the mechanisms underlying the activation of these properties.
