All -in-one generation and multiomic profiling of human whole brain organoid on a microfluidic plate


ABSTRACT: We demonstrate an all-in-one microfluidic plate (AIOMP) that enables reproducible generation of homogenous hBOs with a facile procedure on a single device. The hBOs are fully biologically characterized using comprehensive proteome analysis.
