<h4>Background</h4>Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), an endogenous nucleotide essential for various physiological processes, has an unclear role and regulatory mechanisms in female germline stem cell (FGSC) development.<h4>Results</h4>We demonstrate that NMN significantly enhances FGSC viability and proliferation.
