Identification of interacting proteins with GPT1 in human colorectal cancer cell by LC-MS

ABSTRACT: To identify the unknown interacting proteins with GPT1, we extracted the proteins from HCT8 cells and performed co-immunoprecipitation assays with GPT1 antibody. Then the proteins were subjected to mass spectrometry.
