Mouse tumor cell SCC7/SCC7-M LC-MS

ABSTRACT: To identify the downstream targets of macrophages that mediate tumor metastasis, we first established a highly metastatic cell line, named SCC7-M, then we performed proteomics analysis using the tumor tissue from mice bearing SCC7 and SCC7-M tumors.
