Gut microbiota -derived extracellular vesicles in patients with obesity undergoing gastric bypass surgery


ABSTRACT: 30 obese patients undergo gastric bypass. Fecal samples were collected at baseline and 6 months after the surgery and also 9 healty subjects. EVs were isolated from feces and proteins were isolated from purified EV prep.
