β-Hydroxybutyrate Boosts Plant Immunity through Enhanced H3K9bhb Levels and Gene Expression Regulation


ABSTRACT: Although the functions of protein Kbhb have been widely studied in animal cells, however, the identification and functional characterization of this modification in plants remain unclear. Here, we identified 2,159 Kbhb sites on 1,128 proteins in rice flowers by Kbhb-proteomic analyses, serving as a valuable resource for future studies on Kbhb.
