Quantitative proteomics analysis of UBR4 knockout A549 cell line


ABSTRACT: UBR4 was identified as a potential oncogene in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). In this study, we performed a quantitative proteomics analysis using tandem mass tag (TMT) 6-plex technology in UBR4 knockout A549 cell lines to discover an essential role of UBR4 in tumor growth and metastasis.
