4D label-free proteomics analysis of rat-derived decellularisized polycaprolactone fiber skeleton reinforced biotube and thoracic artery
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: There is a high clinical demand for developing biological vascular graft that facilitates vascular endothelia and smooth muscle regeneration. Decellularisized extracellular matrix showed bioactive properties in promoting tissue regeneration. In this study, we identified the proteins in rat-derived decellularisized polycaprolactone fiber skeleton reinforced biotube and thoracic artery to reveal the capacity of vascular regeneration induction.
