SILAC quantification for proteome of human HEK293 cells


ABSTRACT: HEK293 cells were labeled by SILAC2plex for control and treated groups. Proteomics analysis was perfored to quantify the proteins for heavy and light labeled samples. Three replicates were carried out for the quantification to get statistical results.
