CAD-binding protein identification in HepG2 cells

ABSTRACT: To probe the possible mechanism by which CAD (trifunctional carbamoyl-phosphate synthase, aspartate transcarbamoylase, and dihydroorotase) promotescancer cell proliferation, we purified CAD via affinity chromatography from HepG2 cells stably expressing CAD-FLAG and identified its interacting proteins by tandem mass spectrometry.
