Human SUM159 cell LC-MSMS to identify the kinase that phosphorylates cGAS


ABSTRACT: Mutation analysis suggested that phosphorylation of cGAS at serine 120 is responsible for nuclear retention of cGAS by combining nucleoplasmic separation assay with immunofluorescence assay. Then, we sought to identify the kinase that phosphorylates cGAS.
