ABSTRACT: TMT-MS of total proteomes of TXNL1-KO HEK293T cells or TXNL1-KO cells complemented with wild type and proteasome binding deficient mutant (D162R, R234D) version of TXNL1 treated with or without 100 µM arsenite for 3 hours.
