Afucosylated broadly neutralizing antibodies enhance clearance of HIV-1 infected cells through NK cell mediated killing

ABSTRACT: A series of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against human immune deficiency virus (HIV) were prepared utilizing different variable regions targeting HIV epitopes in combination with glycoengineering to produce mAbs with low Fc fucosylation. This dataset pertains to the Fc N-glycosylation analysis of these mAbs.
