Proteomics analysis of lipid droplets proteins in ccRCC cells


ABSTRACT: Deposition of lipid droplets (LDs) is a hallmark of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).LD functions are regulated by a complement of integral and peripheral proteins that associate with the bounding LD phospholipid monolayer. By employing proximity labeling with TurboID fusion constructs which targeting to LD, we mapped LD proteome in live ccRCC cell lines. These data provide an important resource for future LD studies in ccRCC and other tumors.
