Proteomic profiling of Pseudosulfitobacter pseudonitzschiae and Cellulophaga lytica in mono- and coculture.


ABSTRACT: This study was conducted in order to monitor the effect of coculture on the proteomes of both partners (Pseudosulfitobacter pseudonitzschiae and Cellulophaga lytica) and identify which proteins are involved in their asymmetric interactions.
