ABSTRACT: ZAR1 is an RNA binding protein and mediated the homeostasis of maternal transcriptome in oocytes as a component of mitochondria-associated ribonucleoprotein domain (MARDO). Here, we identified the ZAR1 interactive proteins in mouse oocytes.
