LC-MS-based quantitative proteomic analysis of PH-1 and ΔFgIsw1


ABSTRACT: To characterize the roles of Isw1 in protein biosynthesis in Fusarium graminearum, we conducted a label-free LC-MS-based quantitative proteomic analysis of wild type strain PH-1 and the FgIsw1 deleted strain ΔFgIsw1 grown in TBI for 40 hours.
