Meltome of P. falciparum across intraerythrocytic developmental cycle


ABSTRACT: Intact cell cellular thermal shift assay (CETSA) was performed on P. falciparum parasites and quantified by mass spectrometry. The experiment was performed in 7 blood stage timepoints (4, 10, 16, 22, 28, 34, 40 hpi) of a continuous parasite culture and repeated three times.
