Deciphering the role of selective modification of N-glycosylation in melanocyte development and melanoma progression


ABSTRACT: To explore the qualitative changes in the glycoproteome in B16 mouse melanoma cells upon ablation of Mgat4b gene which encodes for an enzyme responsible for the modification of N-glycosylation pattern in specific proteins, we performed LC-MS/MS of the lysate enriched by Datura Stramonium lectin from wildtype B16 cell and Mgat4b-/- cells.
