Protein modification by a eukaryotic-like ubiquitin-related modifier in the hyperthermophilic archaeon Saccharolobus islandicus

ABSTRACT: Three independent analyses of Urm1 conjugation sites in the proteome of S. islandicus urm1 H81R strain were conducted. The data were analyzed using MaxQuant (v.1.6.15.0), and modified peptides were identified using a stringent standard.
