ChemBioID - An integrated chemical biology workflow for the investigation of proximity-induced pharmacology

ABSTRACT: Modulation of protein-protein interactions with small molecules represents an emerging area of interest in drug discovery. Here we probe the effects of catalytic inhibition on the proximity of CAMKK2. The experiment was supervised by Sabrina Keller and Viviane Reber. This project is part of the IMI EUbOPEN project.
