ChemBioID - An integrated chemical biology workflow for the investigation of proximity-induced pharmacology


ABSTRACT: Modulation of protein-protein interactions with small molecules represents an emerging area of interest in drug discovery. Here we probe the effects of catalytic inhibition of CAMKK2 on the proximity of PRKAA1. The experiment was supervised by Sabrina Keller and Viviane Reber. This project is part of the IMI EUbOPEN project.
