Nucleolar beacon for monitoring nucleolar morphology and proteomics in living cells


ABSTRACT: A novel approach combined nucleolar beacon with proximity labeling to obtain the nucleolar proteome. These techniques offer effective tools for investigating nucleolar functions in living cells and present a potential application method for drug delivery.

The nucleolus is essential for ribosome biogenesis and stress regulation.
