Proteomic profiling of PRLX-93936 and structurally similar compounds in pancreatic cancer cells. 


ABSTRACT: To determine the downstream molecular mechanism of PRLX-93936, we performed systematic proteomic profiling of cells treated with PRLX-93936, erastin, or JWZ-8-103. Results include global proteome profiling, ubiquitylation proteomics, and proximity labeling proteomics enabling comparison of drug-induced changes across modalities. This PRIDE entry contains raw proteomics data and FragPipe analyzed search files.
