Top-down murine MMTV-PyMT proteoform landscape


ABSTRACT: We developed a top-down proteomic approach to characterize late-stage, primary tumor tissues harvested from MMTV-PyVT mice. This methodology allowed us to expand the coverage for high MW proteoforms using a murine model of breast cancer.

Defining the proteoform landscape of breast cancer can provide unique insights into the signaling pathways driving disease progression.
