Identification of RSRC2 interactome changes by immunoprecipitation (IP) coupled with MS in C1QTNF1-AS1-depleted cells


ABSTRACT: We immunoprecipitated (IP) RSRC2 and IgG from HCT116 cells treated with control LNA A (Ctl) or two LNAs (LNA1 and LNA3) targeting C1QTNF1-AS1. The aim of this experiment was to identify if loss of C1 leads to any changes in RSRC2 interactome or phosphorylation status.
