Exploring the Role of SARS-CoV-2 nsp6 in Lipid Droplet Metabolism: Identifying Interacting Proteins via IP-Mass Spectrometry


ABSTRACT: In this study, we sought to elucidate the role of SARS-CoV-2 nsp6 in lipid droplet metabolism. To this end, we employed immunoprecipitation (IP) coupled with mass spectrometry (MS) to identify the proteins that interact with nsp6 within the cellular context.
