SFPQ Directs Histone H3.3 Deposition to R-Loops in DNA Repeats to Protect Genome Stability

ABSTRACT: This study investigates the role of SFPQ protein interactions in contributing to genome stability. Proteomic analysis was conducted using immunoprecipitation to isolate specific proteins, followed by SDS-PAGE, tryptic digestion, and mass spectrometry to identify and characterize the interacting proteins involved in this process.
