S.pombe mitochondrial proteome regulation under heat stress

ABSTRACT: To explore the molecular regulatory mechanisms of the mitochondrial proteome of S. pombe under temperature-stress stress, the heat shocked-treated and -untreated S. pombe strain for culturing 12 h were obtained by the Parallel accumulation-serial fragmentation combined with data independent acquisition proteomics we analyzed the global protein expression.
