Proteomic and phosphoproteomics analysis of triple combination therapy in cystic fibrosis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Trikafta, a CFTR modulator, is increasingly used to treat children with cystic fibrosis (CF), but its effects remain unclear. This study evaluated the cellular mechanisms of Trikafta in young children (< 11 years) with CF using a multi-omic approach. Seventeen children with CF (median age 8.4 years, 29% female) and 12 healthy controls (median age 9.6 years, 42% female) were included. Multi omics analysis including RNA sequencing, proteomics and phosphoproteomics was performed. The proteomic and phosphoproteomics data and search results a provided here. The overall results are discussed in the associated publication.
