ABSTRACT: HeLa or HEK293 cells transiently transfected with Galt1-sCGrx1p-HA redox sensor protein. Cells were treated with 0.1 mM IAA for 20 min on ice. The samples are anti-HA magnetic beads with the sensor protein captured from whole cell lysate.
