ABSTRACT: Proteomics from FBXW7 knock-out IMCD-3 cell lines to identify the changes based on FBXW7 loss. FBXW7 Clone 3 and Clone 6 (listed in the results mztab file) were removed from these analysis as they were not related to this project.
