Maize VS-535 Somatic Embryogenesis LC-MSMS


ABSTRACT: The present work compared the proteomes from maize Tuxpeño-VS535 immature (IE15) and mature (ME) zygotic embryo and one month-induced callus from each explant (C15 and CM) by Shotgun analysis.
