Pulldown proteomics of XybR in SirexAA-E


ABSTRACT: Streptomyces sp. SirexAA-E chnages secretion of enzymes that can degrade xylan. These enzymes transcription is regulated by a transcriptional regulator. To determine the dominant regulator, we performed pulldown proteomics, using some promoter regions (P0265, P0357, P5230) which are related to xylan catabolism of S. SirexAA-E. Intracellular proteomes were from glucose-grown cells and xylan-grown cells.
